Group Projects provide the perfect context to learn and practice skills that can hardly be acquired in training sessions, such as overcoming resistance to change or dealing with ambiguity. Projects are owned and defined by an external ‘challenge owner’, they have strong relevance to Systems Innovation and the local climate change context.
Pioneers (working in groups of 5) together with the challenge owner define the scope and deliverables of the project. Working from June until November Pioneers dedicate approximately 40 hours each.
